We hope you can join us to kick off the holiday season at this meeting at the San Dieguito Heritage Museum at Heritage Ranch (450 Quail Gardens Dr. Encinitas, CA, 92024; turn onto Ecke Ranch Rd. to access driveway).  We look forward to being with you all to find out what you’ve been up to and discuss and receive feedback on Guild activities. 

We meet outdoors under covered patio, so please dress accordingly. Remember, we changed the general meeting start time to Noon. 

Our December meeting is always a favorite with our members as we do a fabulous gift exchange. For those of you who want to participate in this fun activity, bring a small hand-made gourd or basket to exchange with a fellow member (preferably something made by you and not jewelry). It’s so great to see all the wonderful, creative things that your fellow Guild members have made!

We will begin the meeting with a potluck lunch (electricity available, but no kitchen facilities).  We'll then begin the show-and-share and hear any basket or gourd art related announcements from fellow members.  We encourage you to bring finished projects and/or your works-in-progress.  Also, if you have a problem piece, there may be fellow members who can brainstorm ideas that will help you. 

If there's anything significant to report from the earlier Board meeting, there will also be Board-related announcements or requests for feedback/suggestions about Guild activities.  

Following these activities we’ll begin the traditional gift exchange with those who wish to participate. Even if you don’t participate in the exchange, it’s still a lot of fun to see the treasures that fellow members have created.

Those of you who wish to learn more about Guild business are welcome to join the Board meeting that will take place before the Noon members’ meeting at 11:00 a.m. at the Heritage Museum.

For those who cannot attend the meeting in person, an email with a Zoom option will be sent to current members the week before meeting.
